Young Life committees play a vital role in building strong, sustainable ministry — and effective committees don’t happen by accident.

During my 35 years on Young Life staff, having a committee was one of my favorite parts of my job. Whether you are on staff or currently on a Young Life Committee, I think it can be one of your favorite things, too.

Because of that, we are hosting a practical and encouraging Young Life Committee Training at the Tod Bush Leadership Center (named after one of my former committee chairmen) in Addison on October 3rd.
