Northwest Bible Church Newcomer Evaluation Proposal

Currently, Northwest Bible Church needs to evaluate and improve their newcomer/visitor experience.  The staff wants to create a unified, cohesive, welcoming experience for all guests.

A Newcomer Evaluation (a proven Malphurs Group consulting tool) will give Northwest an objective view of your regular Sunday morning experience through the lens of a first-time guest.

Every point of your visitor experience will be graded. We’ll look at your street visibility, ease of campus navigation, welcome center experience, children’s check-in, and more. We will also be on the lookout for where and how your church communicates its mission, vision, and values.  Feedback will also be given on the follow-up Northwest provides to each visitor following their Sunday experience.

How does Northwest get started?

1. Click HERE to sign-up for the Newcomer Evaluation.

2. Brian Colligan, a Malphurs Certified Guide, will notify you immediately that he will conduct your newcomer evaluation within the next 2-3 weeks.

3. After one or two visits, you will receive your report highlighting strengths, growth opportunities, and immediate needs.

4. Our team will sit with you to review the report and develop an action plan.

Northwest is a hidden gem in Dallas, but if people have trouble finding it, navigating the campus, and don’t feel cared for, valued, and that the church understands their needs, they won’t be back.

When Northwest engages with new families and makes a great first impression, the Gospel is both heard and experienced in more people’s lives.  The church continues to grow and impact the next generation for Christ. Northwest will gain more volunteers in every ministry and further it’s mission to invite people into the unexpected joy of desperate dependency on Jesus.
